Mission 

The Ocean Beach Planning Board is  recognized by the City of San Diego as the  primary advisory group for land use and  land development issues in the Ocean Beach community.

An urbanized coastal community containing 742 acres within its approximately one square mile planning area. The Ocean Beach Planning area is bounded by the San Diego River to the north, the Pacific Ocean to the west, Froude Street and West Point Loma Boulevard on the east, and Adair Street to the south

Meetings

The Ocean Beach Planning Board meets on the First Wednesday of every month at 6:00PM at the Ocean Beach Recreation Center at 4726 Santa Monica Ave. 

 The Ocean Beach Project Review Committee meets on the Third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 at the Ocean Beach Recreation Center at 4726 Santa Monica Ave.
