Here are some simple guidelines for having a successful review process

Step ONE:  Submit a Project Applicant Package

·          Download a Project Applicant Package.

·          Download and fill out the Project Form.

·          Or...Send an email with an address to request a package by mail

Step TWO:  Work with your City of San Diego Project Manager to resolve
any issues with your project

·          It is highly recommended that you resolve any major issues identified by
Developmental Services prior to a Community Planning Board review of your
project.

Step THREE:  Schedule your project with the OBPB Project Review
Committee

·         Allows you the opportunity to get initial feedback from the Board about your
project and resolve issues if necessary prior to a vote by the full Board.

Step FOUR:  Schedule your project for a vote at a General Meeting of the
Ocean Beach Planning Board

·         A favorable vote from the Community Planning Board gives the applicant the
best chance for success during the remainder of the public review process.
